An attractive BasePress feature is articles voting, it helps you to keep track of the articles in your WordPress knowledge base that need improvement. When you’re running a knowledge base it’s important to know if customers find the articles in your documentation helpful.<\/p>\n

To activate this feature and furthermore personalize certain aspects of the voting system<\/a> navigate to BasePress > Settings > Votes.<\/em><\/p>\n

BasePress uses both article votes and article’s views count to direct new visitors to articles that people found helpful.<\/p>\n

You can view the articles’ votes and scores in the admin area, seen in the screenshot below. You can either sort them by scores or views. As a result you can immediately see, what your visitors are reading most and understand if the articles were suitable.<\/p>\n

You can reset the article views individually or in bulk from the Bulk Actions menu in your KB admin area.
