You can open a knowledge base support ticket directly from your WordPress admin panel. Navigate to the BasePress menu, click on Contact Us. A page will open with the following contact form:
Select the reason you are contacting us and fill in all the necessary fields, then click SUBMIT. We’ll try our best to respond in the shortest possible time, during working hours from Monday to Friday European time.
