BasePress knowledge base feedback

BasePress Feedback allows users to send a private message from your WordPress knowledge base articles. It’s a convenient way to understand which articles in your documentation are useful and which instead need improving directly from your visitors.

The BasePress feedback form can include an email field so you can contact back your visitors if wanted. Also, if necessary, you can include a privacy notice that the user must accept before submitting the feedback.
All texts can be personalized to best match your website. You can choose to always show the feedback form or only after a vote on your article.
If you are running a busy website that may be prone to spam, you can enable Google reCaptcha in the feedback form and be sure to receive only useful messages.

Thanks to the BasePress automatic email notification you can always know when a user has submitted a new feedback. Set any number of emails that should be notified in the settings; they will receive an email with all the information about the feedback and the article it refers to. You can personalize the notification email as needed to suit your needs.

It is possible to manage all feedback from the admin area going to Knowledge Base > Users Feedback. Here you can see at a glance the open feedback messages, search for any available feedback, archive them for future reference or delete them.

As most BasePress features this is opt-in so you can decide to enable it or disable it at any time. For all option related to the feedback form check the Feedback Settings.
